The e-Care system contains the following subsystems:
Patient Reception System (Outpatient):
• Registration of complete patient data including names in English with a direct translation of names from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Establish restrictions on mandatory patient data registration such as mandatory registration of mobile number and ID number for the adoption of the patient file.
• Taking into account the calculation of VAT according to the instructions of the General Authority of Zakat and Tax.
• Search for a patient in several ways (name, residence number, mobile number, or medical file number).
• Prove special discounts for some patients.
• Payment methods for the patient.
• Inquire about patient coverage electronically.
• Inquire about patient claims electronically.
• Display patient coverage electronically.
